- You can return the product within 14 days from delivery date
- Shipping for return is paid by customer
- The product must be returned in same condition as you received it
- If a package is unclaimed you have to pay a handling fee of shipments costs
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to Ten Points Web shop
- Make a new order if you want a different product and return the one you want to change.

You can return the product within 14 days after delivery date. The product with attached hangtags and box, must be returned in same condition as you received it. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
The customer will have to pay for all return-shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Ten Points AB, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.
Returning A Package
Put the shoe box in a bag or similar before shipment. Don't use only the box, it has to be covered! Include and fill in return form and receipt received with the shipment and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Ten Points web shop suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to Ten Points Web shop
How to return a defect product or a claim?
Contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the defect and have your order number at hand. Inform Customer Service about the problem and they will help you with your claim.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

In Sweden we use BRING www.bring.se
Delivery time 3-7 work days, to your nearest pick-up place.
In Europe and worldwide we use UPS Access point www.ups.com
It takes 3-5 work days, to your nearest UPS pick-up place.
How do I know when my package arrive to the pick-up place?
In Sweden you will receive an message on your phone if you have written an Swedish mobile phone number on your order. If you have not, you will receive a letter by post.
In Europe and worldwide you will receive an email directly from UPS with all the information.
I changed my mind, can i return item?
Of course. We offer a return period of 14 days. The product has not too been worn and shall be returned with all tags, laces and has to be returned in the original box and any damage will cause a charge up to 100%.
