Our Return Policy in short

Return Conditions 

You can return the product within 14 days after delivery. The product with attached hangtags and box must be returned in same condition as you received it. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. 
In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Ten Points AB, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.

Returning A Package

Put the shoe box in a bag or similar before shipment. Don't use only the box, it has to be covered! Include and fill in return form and receipt received with the shipment and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Ten Points webshop suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. 

Want to switch to another size of the same product or switch to another colour?

Fill in provided Return Form and when it has arrived to Ten Points we will, if possible, exchange to the requested product. Returned freight will be on your behalf and Ten Points will send out the new pair free of charge.

How to return a defect product  or claim

Contact customer service webshop@tenpoints.se as soon as you discover the defect and have your order number at hand. Inform Customer Service about the problem and they will help you with your claim.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up within 14 days, Ten Points webshop reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 300 SEK.
